i got premier for as long as i can remember, no use one la premier
above premier is private premier,
oc dont have simi privilege, that one is uob, also useless one la.
other than having a RM that wants to sell you investment product like insurance agents, the perks are really not that fancy.

if can win cascade draw, open which bank better? Treasures?

dbs treasures the most atas, their requirement is not just putting cash inside,
you must also invest in their products with fresh funds.
oc and uob can just put fresh funds of x amount and you get the premium banking tier liao

dont know leh, when i wanted to get an upgrade almost a decade ago, i only chose between the top 3 mainly because of ease of ATM/branches.
no point for me to go try non-sg banks purely because of convenience, sure they might have more perks. But uob and oc bank users can use each others ATM, vice versa, so that alone i think is hard to beat. Unless you want to hold a main SG bank account + another bank account, which i dont.
