They changed their fee to 0.88%/year on AUM...

TL;DR: still too expensive as you got other fees that will be incurred...

Better to just buy index ETFs

I've used OCBC RoboInvest for over 1 year. The 0.88% platform fee is exorbitant and really eats into your results. My portfolio trailed the benchmark index for most of the period. Platform itself is laggy and the email OTP takes forever to arrive. Also, 5 working days to withdraw money is ridiculous. I'm still waiting for my money to arrive after I finally gave up and stopped using the platform a few days ago. Much better off just buying a low-cost index ETF with fees less than 1/10 of what they charge.

i hate the email OTP too. and the website address need to manually enter in order to access properly and not via the main OCBC site.
