Frank Muller, Sincere, and Hour Glass are not eligible for 10X OCBC$. Watch retailers does not fall under the eligible categories.

We are not able to ascertain the MCC for Creation Aircon, but it is likely to be under the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing category which will not be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

Due to an overwhelming response to the promotion, we are currently checking on the qualification status of all the registrants. Please be assured that if you have successfully registered, you will definitely be eligible for the Rebate if you had spent on Bus/MRT.

We are working to credit the Rebates as early as possible. While we ask for your patience till end July, we expect to resolve this within the next 5-10 days.

I applied this card during OCBC promo whereby you can get 32000 OCBC$ when you met 2 requirements

1) Get 21500 OCBC$ upon card approval. My card was being approved in May and I should get 21500 OCBC$ by 30th Jun

2) Get 10500 OCBC$ when you make a qualifying spend of $300 within the first month of card approval. I’ve made a purchased of more than $300(Courts) in May and I should get the 10500 OCBC$ by 30th Jun

I’ve since received the 21500 OCBC$. So now the question is, it is already the 3rd Jul and I still have yet to receive the 10500 OCBC$. Why was it not being credited? Appreciate your kind reply. Thanks
