Hi,

Bonus OCBC$ will be credited by the end of the following month. If your transactions are posted in June, you will receive the 9X OCBC$ by end July.

Is it just me or the simplygo promotion cashback still not credited? It has been way past the deadline of credit end June

Ocbc 10X rewards

Hi I am shopping using OCBC Titanium at Courts. Can you please advise if 10X points shall be given.

I intend to buy TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Aircon, Vaccum CLeaner, Oven, Stove etc.

Hi OCBC,
Please work on your late payment penalty system. I paid my card fully on morning of last date 19-jul as mentioned in my statement but still I have been charged SGD 100 as fine.
Why so?
You should start charging if payment not made by 20-jul.
I understand you reverse those charges but 2 bad things possibly happen:
1. If I miss a payment due to any reason and request for a waiver of late charges, I would possibly be told that charges cannot be waived since is is the Xth time I was charged (but in reality, all fault will be of OCBC for all other late payment charges and waivers)
2. My credit history will get affected.


Please look into this.
