I notice that today there are new T&Cs posted on ocbc.com/notices that don't include MCCs for Amazon (5999), Aliexpress (5964), Ikea (5712), Lazada (5311) or any mention of these sites which were earning 10X on all transactions no matter what was purchased.

Does this mean that the card no longer earns 10X for Alibaba, AliExpress, Amazon, IKEA and Lazada?

All eligible customers will receive the bonus OCBC$ by 30 September.

You may check the rewards portal at end day on 30 September. The OCBC$ should have been credited by then.

I never receive 19 x points. Your customer service officer over the phone is useless. Dont even know the promotion and kept asking me to repeat the promotion 3 X.
