I also have this fraudulent transactions made on my Titanium Pink card from Amazon, it 2 from AMZN MKTP CA and 2 from AMAZAN.co.jp

I have never use this card before, no OTP was sent to my mobile then suddenly i was charged.
I have raise dispute online and make phone call to make sure my dispute was process, but still no update!!


please let me know how yours end up.. do any of you make a police report???

Can OCBC give me a reason for rejection the next time I sign up? I have been rejected for a card 3 times with no reason whatsoever EVEN WITH

1) CBS score of 2000/2000
2) earning close to 40k per annum for a 30k card (and also full time job holding)
3) Settle all my bills on time for my other card
4) no past record of defaults

There are other better cards out there. It’s not your loss. Just apply other banks

Sorry to learn of the unauthorised transactions on your card.
SMS-OTP is only required for merchants that are registered for 3D Secure.
For merchants that are not registered, transactions will be able to go through without any SMS-OTP.

Please allow up till 12 weeks for dispute investigation.

If you have submitted your dispute, but have not received any acknowledgement from the team that they have assisted to raise the dispute, please drop us a private message with your mobile number.

For SimplyGo transactions, it is coming in under MCC 4111.

These transactions are currently eligible to receive rewards/ rebates for all our personal VISA/ Mastercards. It will be counted towards minimum spend as well.

However, from 1 June 2020 onward, MCC 4111 will be added to the list of excluded merchants for rewards / rebates, with the exception of the following cards: FRANK / 365 / Titanium Rewards / Plus/NTUC Plus!

Please note that the rewards points will be awarded based on each block of S$5 on a per transaction basis, and amounts charged in multiple transactions will not be combined to make up a S$5 block.

For contactless Mastercard Cards, Simply Go transit fares will be accumulated to your card account for up to 5 days, or after every 21 transactions*, or after a total of $15 is spent, whichever is earlier.
The accumulated amount will be posted as “BUS/MRT” transactions after 3 days.

*Transaction is counted as per tapping usage, one trip (1 entry, 1 exit) consists of two transactions.

Customers can still earn 5 OCBC$ for every $5 block.

All other cards will not be eligible to earn rebates / reward points for MCC 4111 transactions.

Of the 4 cards, only Titanium Rewards which earn OCBC$ will be based on 5 OCBC$ for every $5 block.

The three other VISA branded cards will not be affected by this.
