just to clarify - does it make a difference if payment in the eligible categories is done via google pay / with a phone, from 5 Aug onwards, i.e. it will still get 10x rewards. or must use physical card.

As long as the MCC of the transaction is eligible, it will still be given 10X OCBC$.

Hi kuro,

Rewards will be capped at 120,000 OCBC$ per card anniversary year, and the reset will be done on the first of the month.

If your card account was opened in for eg. September 2017, the OCBC$ count will reset on 1st September 2018.

Cartier transactions are likely to fall under watches/jewellery related MCC, and will not be eligible for 10X OCBC$.
