Hi OCBC,

is there a monthly 10X rewards cap for the card or is it by calendar year? Looking to use this to purchase from Apple Store Online.

Hi there,

There is no monthly cap on the amount of OCBC$ you are able to earn with the Titanium Rewards card.

OCBC$ will be capped at 120,000 within one year starting from the month in which your card was issued.

Is there any ways to track our points properly? So many transactions happening every month, how do I know if I have been correctly credited with the points?

Hi wwee01,

If you notice any discrepancy in the OCBC$ crediting, or need help with the calculation, do call our hotline at 1800 363 3333.

Alternatively, if you have Internet Banking access, please log in, and send us a secured message.

Our service executives will be able to assist you with the OCBC$ calculation.

Hi OCBC,

Can you share more about the e-commerce protection? I recall that there used to be a PDF on your website but I am unable to find it.

Hi Extech,

Details on the e-Commerce Protection may be found on the Titanium Rewards page (https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/cards/titaniumrewards-mastercard.html). Look under the 'Stay protected when you shop online' section.

All OCBC Titanium Rewards Cardholders will enjoy this benefit, and are automatically enrolled once they successfully sign up for the OCBC Titanium Rewards Credit Card. This benefit will last for as long as the card is active.

You will be able to call +65 64191667 or email mastercardsg.services@aig.com if you require assistance with filing a claim.

Hi all,

Mustafa is now an eligible merchant for 10x OCBC$.

The 10x OCBC$ are awarded according to the Merchant Category Code (MCC) of the store, which is determined by payment card organisations such as Mastercard and Visa.

For more information on merchants which are eligible for the 10X OCBC$, please see here: www.ocbc.com/titaniumrewards

May I confirm that regardless of what I buy, be it a packet of indian grain, a bottle of car shampoo or a television set, I will still be eligible for 10X OCBC points. Thank you.

Hi, do purchases on Sephora qualify for the 10x points?

And if I have purchased from merchants for eg Best Denki, Sony, etc during large scale electronics shows/fairs (for eg comex, sitex), would the mcc code be determined by the usual codes assigned to Best Denki and Sony (which is likely to be eligible for 10x points) or do they have a separate mcc code during the electronic fairs?
