I have this letter too but was charged for annual fee after OCBC converted the card from Titanium to Titanium Reward. I called the hotline, and they fixed the issue, apparently they had not aligned the lifetime wavier accordingly. My annual fee is waived and also assured lifetime wavier will be in place from now on.

Are you looking to remove your Titanium Rewards card from ABT?

You will be able to remove a card registered to your ABT Account from the “My Cards” page on the TransitLink ABT Portal or TransitLink mobile app.

Once the selected card is removed, all the existing and future transaction and travel history of the card cannot be viewed from the portal.

On the contrary, I actually use it as my main ezlink card. But it just suddenly stopped working without rhyme or reason. It doesn't even respond to the ezlink machines on buses, and I've tried it on 4 machines on 2 buses. It's as though it no longer is linked to Ezlink. However, my tap and pay still works with merchants.

The card is still showing as active in the transit link app. I'll probably give you guys a call soon to sort it out.

Yes, your understanding is correct.

Any 2 valid transactions made in the month you received the SMS will give you 2,500 OCBC$.

You will get 10X OCBC$ as well, if your transactions are eligible for it.
