Yes, Apple Pay transactions made by tapping the phone physically at the merchants' terminals will be eligible for 10X OCBC$ (till 31 Dec 2018).

Late and interest charges will be levied when payment is not received by the due date.

Generally, the bank will allow for one late fee waiver in 12 rolling months.

Should this not be your first waiver request in the past 12 months, we apologise but we will not be able to accede to your request.

You may wish to consider applying for GIRO, or to set up bill payment reminders via Internet Banking.

Audiohouse transactions should be awarded 10X OCBC$.

If you would like to clarify on the OCBC$ rewarded, do PM us after you have made the transactions and we will call to advise accordingly.

We note that a couple of you are discussing on the crediting of the additional 9X OCBC$, and would like to share that it will be credited by the end of the following month. This is based on the transaction posting date.

If your transaction was posted in December, you will receive the additional OCBC$ by the end of January. Do allow till the end of the month. Should you not receive it by the 31st, do drop us a PM or call our hotline at 1800 363 3333.

If you had made the transaction in late December, and the transaction was only posted in January, the additional OCBC$ will be credited by the end of February.
