So, if assuming can make $400,000 in 15 years because next buyers income cannot exceed $14,000, then $400,000 x 0.86 = $344,000. Divide by 15 years = $22,933 per year or profit. Wait, divide by 2 names for a HDB, each one can only make $11,467/year after waited for 15 years!??? The opportunity cost is tremendous. Omg.
