Off day fall on National service?

anyone know what can i do if my off day falls under national service..
i will be going for 3 week in camp. on the last 2 days it will be on monday and tuesday, and my company put my 2 off day on monday and tuesday, and refuse to move my off days to other days.
if like this i will not have any off day for the whole week.
is there anything i can do?

monday and tuesday you are being paid by gahment leh, not your company. they probably in breach of regulation. must be SME right. call NS hotline lor

Don't go MOM then go MP? Since you feel that it's only 2 days and you don't want to go to the extreme, then llst?

lol, why should your officer give you off on your last 2 days. further more, need to do out pro and clear stores...so free ah?

becos ur coy know u llst, so they bully you lor. if you keep quiet this round, every time ict you will see the same problem again. if you can accept then just take it, if cannot then prepare go MOM complain, worst case can go court case. but be prepared, you more or less have to leave this company for sure. even you win in court, i doubt you would wan to remain in this company anymore.

if you are skeptical, there are cases when employees take the coy to court for unfair employment practices and have won and been paid damages.

anyway, you should ask them to show you the ns agreement in black and white. they should have nothing to hide from you. if they refuse, then u know something wrong liao lor..time to plan your exit

You can tell them you have checked with your unit which says it is not aware of such an agreement between your company and the SAF to let you take the off days during those two days. You can even tell them the SAF is full of cock-up, right hand doesn't talk to left hand. You then ask them to give you the name of the originating department, the date and the file reference of the letter from the SAF containing the agreement. With these information your unit should then be able to check internally. If your company cannot give you the information then your unit will not let you take those off days and your company will have to reschedule.
