Off in lieu not leave in Lieu.

If u took 8 hrs to queue for election yes. If ur polling station go in come out at most than 5 off simi ?

N depends on company situation n workload. Mom nv address employees exploitation, u know i know ur team mates chao keng not pulling up their socks every1 suffer.
It's mandated to give OIL for polling day if it's an off day. It's treated as a PH. Even if it just took 1 min to vote

You mentioned 2 staff in coy. The other staff never complain? Or other staff is boss?
My colleague ah, he has been here long away before me, he is stuck here, he ever mentions this off-in-lieu matter to the boss before, but the boss explained that will affect the cost, bleah bleah..., so end up my colleague just LL and leave it as it is, until I come and fight for some benefit.

If want to work in SMEs... need to exercise flexibility one... Got to give and take... for both the boss and employees... unlikely to be efficient if everything go by the book or black and white...

But ultimately if boss is stingy kind always take never give... then its time to go seek elsewhere... similarly if employee always take never give... also time to let go...

Ts can say he clear the OIL but remain contactable lor... Bobians. I on leave also sometimes need to do work.
