Hey guys, I was talking to a oppo promoter in m1 shop earlier on.
He said the suntec flagship store will have all kind of accessories.
He said that will be a vooc power bank. At 1st thought, I heard wrongly but I doubt it will be cheap.

that power bank thing must be quite cool hahah
hopefully there will be some teases on Oppo's Facebook page!

Hi, anyone selling black carbon casing for find 7/7a?
I remember some bro from lakeside selling at sgd 15. Cant find the thread now thou.

Anyway, i was running on os2.0.13, i can say it's a quite stable build with 4-5 hours on screen time.
Didn't experience any blackout so far.

some inside information gotten from m1 oppo promoter. their flagship store in suntec is delaying opening till end august. what a pity.

really wonder what kind of promo they will have by the time... when many new models from other brands will be launching.

yes this is true also i heard. but i think the price is going to be super high. the normal wall type vooc charger is already $90. imagine the portable one...

i suspect xiaomi Mi4 is going to beat the find 7 flat on the ground. based just on price & specs.

for the price difference, IMHO i think people are willing to sacrifice the faster charging. we are talking about $719 or $599 for a china phone yo! no matter how oppo sells it, the "china" thing will hold them back by alot, at least for the near future.

my 7a with contract is only $68. thats how much i am willing to pay to try out. which turns out to be worth it for the price i paid. anything more is gonna make me doubt about the phone.

1 thing i appreciate is that oppo releases new updates more frequently than any other big brands in the market.

oppo have to launch the find 8 soon if not the MI4 will make them close down. lol.

My guess Oppo wanted a global footprint...not spot location.
Find 5 was one of the top smartphone of that year along wiith big brand in the US.
Find 7 was set to repeat the success.
As they wanted to compete with the big brands, thier price was slightly lower...not to the extend of XM.
On top of it, the packaging of Oppo products is awesome...spell QUALiTy.
Oppo affiliation, OnePlus, is to show things could b ez to the wallet with great spec

i'm sure Mi4 will b sought after..but would prefer a 805...as by the time it release, 801 is so outdated.

if ever a Find 9(+2), it would b interesting.
