Hi all,

Wanted to ask some qns, if any one can enlighten me.

During the last week of my office rental, the aircon broke down due to water pump issue. It also happen to 2 other aircon units of other tenant. ( landlord sub his office into 3 ) within a short span of few mths.

I did the servicing regularly but this issue happen is obviously due to aircon old age as 2 other units also same issue.

Am I liable to pay the 1st $150 repair cost?

On my contract it states that I need to
Replace bulbs , tubes and other expandable items at my expense of up to $150. Does this aircon issue include in this?

Thanks in advance.

Based on the information you have provided probably not.

maybe you should ask landlord why is air con covered?

best is to work out something mutual agreeable.

no point suing over $150
