every step of the development of DAS was after checking with FIA, not illegal, FIA was caught with their pants down, just like this case.

Ferrari 2019 engine was cheeky and naughty, it ignored the spirit of the regulation but was compliant to how the regulation was written. you set up a test to check me, i found a way to pass your test based on your rules while you were checking me. not my fault if i do other things in between checks.
