I need to shorten the sleeve (with fake buttons) of my suit. Tried going to a tailor at amk, but they don't provide this service. Anyone can recommend? I think not many shops are willing to do this, because it involves quite a bit of work. How is the price like?

What is wrong with its sleeves??

and it is "brought" , NOT bought , u made it sound like u thought it could, hence you bought from them yet they couldnt alter

sian...bought my 4 polo shirt for sleeve alteration in one of the AMK alteration service, paid deposit etc, then on my way home, she told me cannot alter...


maybe I should get 2nd opinion from another alteration shop..might try ming yee

Hi Bros, any recommendation for alteration tailor specialising in suit jackets? Bought some off the rack suit jackets during outlet sale in Italy and need some alterations to shorten and taper sleeve length and to remove padding in the shoulders. Was going to go to Meiko tailors at Pan Pacific but they may be a little pricey since their core work is bespoke.
