Unit 549/551 can see the sea but need higher floor coz of distance. U will see the landed then the park then sea.

Only unit 553/555 will have the best seaview coz it has the shortest distance to the sea. Once you are 1 level higher than the trees, can see the sea liao.

If trees are around 4 storeys high and we take it as can only see some sea from 6th floor, only 26 families can enjoy. Good luck, 26/xxxx applictions. hahaha

If you time isn’t on your side and you don’t mind location. Can consider CCK. Quite affordable too. Construction started last year. 2023 Can collect keys. Not too bad.

The resale around the BTO there transacted around $400-465k..

Rent from HDB under PPHS while waiting. It is a subsidised rate and its much cheaper, the 4 years rental + bto compared to resale of the same area.

Please don't see or choose wrongly. The Sungei Api is a big cannal. The best sea view unit only 5 rooms. 557/559 and 615/617

central environment is better cos close to everything, but the layout not so nice

Estimated Completion Date = get key and live?

Usually use estimated as the gauge. Delivery possession date is by hook or crook hdb must hand over the keys(completed units) to you under contractual obligation.

My flat was collected 6 months before estimated completion. Last blk was handled out around estimated completion.

Possession date is almost usually 1 year later than estimated.
