It's $40 savings. Not $400 or $4000. If you couldn't afford the game locally you should be doing something to get it here. Save more, spend less, work part-time whatever. Of course I understand $40 to somebody here is nothing but with all your rigs that can play BF4, I'm sure $40 is peanuts.

Eh whats the diff between running 32 or 64 bits?

^64bits means longer memory extension so those with above 4gb ram and strong CPU have benefit .... but subjected to software optimization.... some software with 64bit option run worse than 32bit due to poor code
