Currently studying in Switzerland. Went to Milan in September. Actually can take tax refund cos Swiss is not part of EU. But because I took train to Milan, the train bypasses the customs of Italy thus was unable to get tax refund.

France (Paris) is about S$280 return
Germany (Freiberg) about S$100 return
