2024 calls for a better plan

Here’s a gentle reminder that we’re phasing out your current plan. Don’t worry though: we have a newer plan that you can upgrade to so you can keep enjoying all that you love about us.

Power the new year with 40GB for $9/mo. Surely that’s more than enough for TikTok, Discord, and all of your favourite apps.

Why are you discontinuing the Flexi Plan ($0/mo)?
Our aim is to bring customers under a plan that will provide the ultimate Circles.Life experience. This includes more data, talk-time minutes, and exclusive access to our enhanced loyalty program, Circle of Joy — now featuring even greater and more delightful rewards. Additionally, you gain access to an array of Circles.Life products, including 5G, Roaming, Unlimited Data and many more!

When are you discontinuing the Flexi Plan ($0 / mo)?
The plan will be phased out in the near future, although a specific date has not been determined. Customers will receive notification as soon as a definitive date is established.

What happens if I choose not to switch to the upgraded plan?
You will remain in your current plan until further notice. We strongly recommend, however, that you upgrade to start enjoying the perks of our loyalty program, Circle of Joy, and access additional products including 5G, SuperRoam, and much more!

Haha I dun think Circles understand their Flexi $0 plan users. If they really wanted to sign a proper plan they would have done so.

We all just want the free 1gb lah. :o

Anyway I know good times dun last, so if they shut down the Flexi plan also understandable lor, we are merely leeches that do not contribute to their bottomline. :o

I just received the email!

I can’t tell they are discontinuing my 50GB for $5 plan or my $0 Flexi Plan.

Both $5 and $0 plan will be discontinued. But everyone should just hold their horses, I think Circles is doing a soft shake, just to move subscribers off the $5 and $0. Likely they will still continue once the "freeloading subscribers" drops to a more manageable level.

But then, you and @yusoffb01 are the only 2 lucky fellas who got on both the $5 and $0 plan AFAIK!

Are they doing it in phases? I have a $0 Flexi Plan but have not receive the 'upgrade' email as of now....

When we signed up they said it is free forever. Maybe if enough of us raise this issue with IMDA they can do something?

I just want the free number. I rather jump ship than stick to circle if they are gonna charge me.

Dun forget that we paid nothing for the plan, they can just terminate the plan anytime they want.

For that matter, there is precedent for old plans to be terminated even for the paid plans. Remember the 12gb 3g plans, or the closure of the 2g network and soon to be closure of the 3g network?

So IMDA will not bother to do anything, just monitor nia. :s22::s22::s22::s22::s22::s22::s22::s22:
