can, if you going pass by sls, go to techdrome at level 5 to buy at only 74.90. and collect the redemption card on the spot. if not you can preorder at Einsof. extra 5 buck is almost same cost as your travel fee.

If you buy SEA version NO REGION LOCK. U can play on NA server, or SEA server.

But in Diablo 3, there is this thing called Auction House, where players can buy and sell items using real $$$. This one is region locked, meaning a sword you buy in NA server (using SEA version install) cannot be brought over to SEA server.

Most likely just like MMORPG, a character you made on SEA server cannot be played on NA server, and vice versa.

The $$$ maybe take cue from the BNet Ver 2 account you create when you install D3 or if you have a BNet Ver 2 account already.

BNet Ver 2 is already like Steam except is localised. U can buy D3 off Blizzard store now, and do preload. It'll cost SGD$90. But if you create a US account, it'll cost US$59.99, but I dunno if you can use a SG CC.

The RMAH is bound to your bnet account, so if you put Singapore under country of residence in Battle.net, your RMAH is SEA (or something along those lines). You can create a Bnet account with residence in US, but i dont know the disadvantages. Best to wait for Blizzard to make official announcement regarding the RMAH and region lock.

Exactly, in fact I thought they announced that players in SEA will all be moved to US which should include RMAH. It's all speculation now only anyway.

U're right. The character can go to either server, just that the item wun show up.
