Hmm means my 5450M did not even meet the minimum requirements?

Ya I dun think it met the minimum requirement. FYI 4870 is recommended requirement. However for laptop,I do suggest wait till the game is out and try it out. If it can't,then decide from there.

Intel core 2 Duo E755 @ 2.93ghz
2Gb Ram
Geforce 9600T
Windows 32bit

just wanna check if i wanna change to his hd6850 ddr5 no issue right?

thanks. time to head down sls to change card alrdy!

Change to 6850 of cos no issue. Mayb a lower spec card will do however,if your budget allows, hoot 6870 ba. Probably can get ram to make it 4gb or more. Hwz/Vrz mktpkace gt afew cheap 2nd hand steals for rams,if nt get frm SLS

Will it be possible some games cannot run on win7 64bit?

Are modern games compatible with both 32 and 64bit win7 os?

I am running the beta on my laptop in low settings. Smooth enough.

Laptop specs as follows
i5 (can't remember model but 2.4Ghz)
GT 330m

what to you mean by the end result?

was just hoping after the long wait we'd expect something spectacular. perhaps in terms of graphics or gameplay.

it just feel like technology years ago and launched only years later. D3 could have jolly well launched few years back but perhaps the dev were busy focusing on other games (WoW?) and left D3 on the shelf and only decide to launch it now.

Since we are in the Hardware Clinic forum, any tech experts can advise on whether Diablo 3 is more CPU intensive or GPU intensive?

Windows Requirements
Windows® Vista/7 (latest service packs)
Intel® Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 5600+ 2.8 GHz
2 GB RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® 260 or ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 or better

These are recommended settings, it's neither gpu nor cpu intensive.
