You forgetful lah.. On launch day Apple deliver the phones already but are staggered over the days. A few days before launch, people here usually will rush to pre-order a lot of iPhones hoping to sell them when they get delivered. Usually the ones that get from telco will be the ones to sell them off immediately. :o

Or are you so concerned because you are a flipper? :s13:

Last year for 5s they only start sales on launch date n delivery is 3-4 weeks later. No pre order.

Not really about 1 hand or 2 hands.

As you can see, a lot of people also use 2 hands when operating the tiny iPhone, HTC One as well as other 4" to 5" phone models especially when texting. :)

So, the advantage of 5.5" is that everything will be big on screen for better readability. and better enjoyment of multimedia contents. :)

YouTube alone, watching a good YouTube video on a 5.5" is so much clearer and enjoyable compare it on a smaller 4.7".

I have carried from a 3.5" iPhone to 4.7" HTC One to now a 5.9" phone.

After getting grip of it, I still can handle it with ease in 1 hand. :)

It is a matter of time getting use to the bigger size and enjoy the full advantage of a big screen phone in no time especially the rich graphics multimedia contents and awesome games play of today. ;)

For texting I still prefer 4 inch due to one hand operation.

For other like surfing net, reading, gaming, etc, I prefer 5.5..

5.5 inch is not so pocketable and feel bulky in pant for guys.

For iPhone user like me who are using android phone now will go for 5.5.. Cos we have used to both the extra weight and bulkiness of big screen phone..

Expect to pay more. Especially the higher end 5.5 inch model. It is still hardly an exclusive item at that price point.

I think they should call the 4.7 inch model as iPhone Air and the 5.5 inch model as iPhone Pro.
