Where got!!! All my guy frens who went to tekong and came back dun even have that kind of abs. All they got was leaner body frame and a hell of a tan!!

I heard you need to train up to 6 months at least just to have some definition on your abs.

Really meh? maybe cos ur guy frens slack? lol..there's actually bound to have quite a big number of them..cos some of them will make use of the chance to train up their bodies as well..

my old platoon is a good example of it..always during changing time can see solid abs....
