My phone was out of warranty, by just a few months. Somehow it happened that my phone was quirky. Requested for Nokia to check the phone.

Can't believe that checking the phone would cost $$ as well. Oh well.

yah..was quite troubled by their service standards ; doesn't give a crap towards customer's welfare.
they have no empathy towards customers...

for companies which are involved with customer's personal accessories like handphone,wallet,watches,laptops etc..they should take extra care imho..

sometimes, i hear of cases where watches gets scratched after it gets sent for servicing..besides, also heard of a few cases last time where a laptop's HDD gets erased after a minor checkup..

all these issues should not happen imho...
