Quite evidently, I'm still a greenhorn, both at moderation duties and F&G forums, save the occasional dig for infomation and beo-ing mosmos's warehouse thread... So forgive my trespasses! This community belongs to you guys, you guys would know who is the trolls and troublemakers, so would be looking to all of your for guidance. I'm just here to serve

1. What is a Junior Moderator?
Junior moderators are a special group of users in transition from a normal member, to a full-fledged Moderator.

2. Why was this scheme implemented?
With the increasing traffic and activity within HWZ forums, more moderators are needed to cope with the swarm of reports each day. The Junior Moderator scheme is a good way for members to try their hands at moderating; at the same time, the Admin team can assess his/her suitability for being a Moderator.

3. How are Junior Moderators chosen?
They are nominated by our current pool of Moderators, then screened by the Admin team.

4. Can I apply to be a Junior Moderator?
Not yet, as this scheme is still in its infant stages. We hope to open up applications to all in future
