I think they are just trying to psych you out. Where got such thing as cannot exchange if you have never worn the stuff in the first place.

Something to add, it seems like some of my friends prefer to go to Liat towers and DFS to buy their hermes stuff as they say the service there is better. I dun generally go into Hermes so I dun noe anything about it. Just relaying something I heard from friends.

liat and dfs is much better.

just 3 weeks ago i went down to hermes @ taka and asked them about the 50cm HAC, they straight away say sorry dont have, you have to be on the waiting list and its not availble in stores.

then i was like, no, im talking about the 50cm one in bleu de prusse which was availble just now when i called.

then they LL say oh that one, then they took it out.
stupid woman.

The SA tell me cannot exchange one. I even told her one of my friend purchased a belt and managed to exchange she tell me no such thing.

Even the receipt states can exchange once as long as unused.

I exchanged before.

Hahah!! They are like totally pawned lol!! Some Hermes staff have that attitude esp when they know you die die want to get something. I heard a lot of stories from TPF about them haha.

Both of you must be quite elite ah. So young aiming Hermes. Prob stay in 2 storey detached house right. Hahah.

think im stereotyped as weird because like.. boys my age likes soccer and basketball which is extremely boring.

more interested in such stuff.

i dead want a birkin or a hac, haha, it would make your life worthwhile at least.
i want a 50cm birkin in fjord or taurillion clemence in grey or black or orange with palladium h/w

but yeah, needa save up specially for it..

the sa at liat tower was super nice when i visited last week, okay he's gay im dead sure.
cause he speaks like a total ***********, but was dead helpful.

Right now the only thing in my mind is asking my parents whether I can repaint the car from Black to something like Vert Anis or Vert Cru color. What do you think shd be nice or not?

he offered to put me on their waiting list tt day.

and on the other hand when checked with taka's sa, they were like, sorry the list is closed and you can register.. rubbish.

Its like the bad service and the attitude you got from the SA just spoils your mood of getting the belt right..

Attitude wise I won't say that it's very bad lah... The SA is very polite and friendly. However I can't say the same for her service. It seems like she isn't really helping to me to find out whether which boutique has stock for the colour which I wanted. She was like laughing and chatting on the phone when she is supposed to enquire whether there is stock for the belt while I'm standing there and waiting for her reply patiently.

its totally fab.
im still having a hard time deciding between a hac or a birkin.

hac is more for man but then.. its handle is really short and it would really be handheld tote and not a shoulder tote.

birkin has longer handle but its wider and if i leave the flap opened, everyone can see whats in my bag. but if its closed then its kinda awkward cause it would look too feminine..
