Er I'm quite new to iPhone... And I might be buying a pre owned piece sometime soon. Wondering if I've to do any "checks" to ensure it's authenticity and working condition.

Anyway I think the iphone chat room has some thread that tell you what to check but for me off the top of my head.

Check for

1) Touch screen responsiveness
2) Wifi
3) 3G connectivity
4) see whether its JB or not
5) See how long the battery can last

and many more.

I have stumbled upon the thread sometime back dunno whether its still there or not. There are also a lot of help articles on this on the internet. Google is your best friend.

i ish oso using iphone, the water sensor chiu must test when u collect from the seller, go to the sink and submerge the iphone under water, test for 30sec, if the iphone still works after submerging the iphone den means can buy liaoz, if after that cannot work, den betta return to seller coze the water sensor ish spoit.
