if you dont sign up cash rebate then by default you will be under referral program. BTW, the cash rebate is a third party which link to pepperstone, not from pepperstone itself

ok decided to close all profit position and set -15 pips SL for short UJ position in PS which currently down by -66pips

my profit to day is S$121

keep some short NU at philip account for carry trade.

you friend will only get friend ref reabte if you trade total 5 standard lot , it is total lots you trade in a month after you fund in.

my account is 1K, i think even a month also wont hit a standard lot amount bah...? how much is a standard lot anyway?

i am chatting with the PS livechat.... they are offering MT4 platform and cTrader, both comissions are different...

Mt4 commission = "SGD 9.10 per 100K position"

cTrader Razor accounts comission = "7 units of the first quoted currency in the currency you are trading; so it will be different everytime"

which one is better? it's so confusing... i dunno which one is good for me, i trade micro/mini on 5sec to 15Min Timeframes..

any advise?

First of all you need to know in the investment world all central banks and investors look to the Fed policies for direction. You need to keep abreast with the Fed Calender. If you do not have time to keep up with research then tune in Bloomberg TV. This is my bible for financial news.

If I can know how the price will flip before any Yellen speech I will retire from this forum forever because I will open 100 standard lots and huat until siao haha! On a serious note there is no way you can know what she will comment with a dovish or hawkish stance. You have to react accordingly or take positions before she speaks. The algos will react first on the price action. Humans no fight.

If one know no nuts about trading just watch Bloomberg TV/CNBC and read Bloomberg and CNBC website for latest updates. Usually I do not like to spoon feed as monthly trading target reach so quite good mood even as the past few trading sessions suck.

RESEARCH, LEARN and ANALYSE. This is the key to success.

today whole day lose money in fx... jumped in to buy a few units of alibaba overlooked the min commission US$10 (means if buy 500 units also charge US$10 comission)... before make any money alr lost S$13 to comission... sad..

I liken trading to sports. When no form means no form. Just take a break.

Stocks are like that. Cannot do high frequency trading because the commission will kill you first.
