KIWI TECHS: Finding Support Ahead Of 200-DMA
*RES 4: $0.7344 - High Sept 22
*RES 3: $0.7296 - Hourly resistance Sept 25
*RES 2: $0.7252 - Low Sept 25 now resistance
*RES 1: $0.7239 - High Sept 27
*PRICE: $0.7229 @ 2100GMT
*SUP 1: $0.7166 - Low Sept 27
*SUP 2: $0.7147 - 200-DMA
*SUP 3: $0.7139 - Bollinger band base
*SUP 4: $0.7128 - Low Aug 31

*COMMENTARY: A lack of topside follow through resulted in pressure returning to the $0.7128-0.7166 support region where the 200-DMA is situated. Bears continue to look for a close below $0.7128 to confirm a break of the 200-DMA and shift overall focus to tests of 2017 lows. Daily studies are well placed for a fresh leg lower. Bulls still need a close above $0.7252 to ease bearish pressure and above $0.7296 to return focus to $0.7377-0.7458.

KIWI: The flightless bird opened in Asia at $0.7237 toward the upper side of the $0.7167 to $0.7239 range witnessed yesterday, where broad-based profit-taking on US dollar longs underpinned the kiwi. Up shortly, NZ Building Approvals for August (2145GMT), there is no forecast, but the prior reading came in at -0.7% Resistance is located at $0.7269 (38.2% $0.7433-$0.7167 decline), while support is found at $0.7167 (Sep28 low). Kiwi was last at $0.7232.

FOREX: It was a quiet end to another busy week in the Asia-Pacific, the greenback was broadly unchanged from yesterday's close in New York, with investors marking-time ahead of the weekend. Dollar-yen trekked higher from Y112.27 to Y112.69 amid larger-than-expected Tokyo-fix related demand and was last at Y112.60. Aussie-dollar edged lower from $0.7856 to $0.7839, last at $0.7844. Kiwi-dollar followed a similar pattern to its Tasman neighbour, the rate fading from $0.7237 to $0.7208 and was last at $0.7215. Meanwhile, Euro-dollar currently trades at $1.1781 and Cable at $1.3416, after trading in respective ranges of $1.1777 to $1.1791 and $1.3408 to $1.3444.

*COMMENTARY: The rally that has defined the week so far looks to be in trouble with the pair aggressively rejected ahead of the daily bear channel top and 100-DMA. Pressure has returned to the 55-DMA with bears needing a close below to ease bullish pressure and below the 21-DMA to shift initial focus back to Sgd1.3399-1.3430 and overall focus to 2017 lows. Correcting O/B studies and the Bollinger top (Sgd1.3606) are key concerns for bulls.

Kanasai still stucked with US$1000 physical cash changed at 1.393 on 18/05/2017. Most likely will write off by spending it in USA if I confirm going. :s13:
