More pictures of M1200 Fred Perry

I personally won't take the risk to purchase because of the rectangular tag and of course, the threading. Item may be authentic, but with $70-80, I'd rather order one from ASOS for about the same price or head down to the boutique to purchase it, even though it might be MIC, but it's authentic and I do not have to worry about it's authenticity after purchasing.

200% agree with kirivin. If one is prepared to foot $70-80 for an auth/non-auth Fred Perry, might as well spend abit more buy from reliable/authentic source, say from MO and have a peace of mind on authenticity.

if asos sells fakes then i would never buy things online EVER

an old reply

guys, we are soon reaching the 1000th post on this relatively young FP thread.

sidenote: I ordered something from asos using 25% discount. on the parcel, it stated 197GBP of goods! that is the price before the 25% discount, but luckily I didnt got charged for GST, and I wondered why... and why ASOS don't want to state the total after the discount.

hi all,

how much does the standard japanese fred perry polo usually cost?
in particular F1158-07 ... for SGD 170?

Cheers.

F1158-07 was from the Spring Summer 09 FP Japan Collection. It retailed for 12,600 yen in Japan, $239 at Isetan Scotts and $269 at Ann Siang.

where to buy?

grey is OOS on FP.com, but available on asos.

long time ago, before ASOS implements flat rate shipping, the shipping depends on weight of items. Spree organisers at livejournal usually cap at 500GBP, order a lot of items, to reduce cost of shipping units. at that time, 7% GST is always factored inside the cost.

one bro mentioned before he kena GST ordering from fredperry.com.

u can always check what the is exchange rate singapore customs is using. google these keywords: customs exchange rate
actual link: appm4.internet.gov.sg/scripts/customs/exc/exrate.asp
and try to keep your purchases under SGD400

ship from fp.com is 14GBP per shipment. from asos is 10.50 GBP per shipment, not to mention that they having 25% off, if u used discount codes, apply to FP items as well.

See what is the cost of courier your friend is using and compare with these rates.

Oh no, sounds like it's risky to order alot of stuff from asos with the 25% discount code. cos ASOS declared the price BEFORE discount.

I read at another forum, the organiser said "Capping @ GBP140 (before discount) strictly
(my previous spree batch 1 was charged gst because non-discounted value was declared by ASOS)"

*keeping fingers crossed*

Dear all bros,

My 2nd FR here in HWZ. Thanks to all the pros and gurus for commenting on my 1st FR. This round I'll be sharing wif u guys another bad experience with the same Ebay seller.

Name: manclala
Origin: Hongkong
Brand: Fred Perry
Size: Medium
Color: White
Condition: 10/10
Authenticity: He claimed 100% authentic. I think otherwise, the LOGO on chest is missing!

Overall damage: Below S$70 for registered airmail to Singapore
Conclusion: Beware of fake Fred Perry. Some are almost 1:1 replica.
