I don't get why people measure in height and weight when asking for FP sizes. The chest would be the most important measurement imo. The length of a FP shirt won't come into consideration because if the fit of the chest is good, the shirt won't be loose from the waist down. And FP does not have a cutting at the lower part of the shirt unlike RL, ensuring a good chest fit will make the shirt snug fittingly on the waist.

Basically any tee that fits just nice for the chest doesn't allow for the flexing of the biceps. I'm sure the model that you see wearing the FP polos does not feel really comfortable in the FP polos; I myself feel the biceps area is slightly tight though I only do training with the dumb bell at home. =p
Not sure if it's possible to alter the elastic band as well, even if it's possible I'm sure it's minimal alteration. My advice would be to not buy the MIJ polos as they will definitely have smaller cutting as compared to the rest.
As mentioned previously, I still think the chest measurement stands true in the case of "biceps-proportionally-larger-than-chest" people. Having a good chest fit as seen from the FP models or when walking along town area, makes the wearer look much better than a loose fit.
Cheers.
FP not really suitable for those who do upper body workouts
