i measured my chest. its 34 inches. so size 36 (the smallest size) would be okay right?

what is the size guide difference for M1200 and M3600?

M1200 is classic twin tipped
M3600 is slim fit twin tipped

The rate your credit card will charge you with will be higher than the exchange rate, probably around 1 pound to S$2.05. I will suggest a limit of 180 pounds per order. You should do your sums to see if the 7% GST charge of the final assessed SG value makes more sense than paying 15 pounds (~ S$30+) per delivery.

And remember, its cotton. If you are enamoured with the new sports polos with lycra and other elastic polymers, I suggest you can stay away from Fred Perry and even Ralph Lauren, since both of them have not changed for some time now...
