Well, when market was rosy and bullish last time, nobody expected gfc to happen also

10 years cycle is coming, just got to see what is the next crisis. It should be something different this time

And when crisis come, we see who dare to kio

Then it will be either property or stocks for bargin hunting le

Yes, every time it is different. But human has the capacity to learn from previous mistakes. This is why I think the next crisis will not be a crisis. In fact I think we are already in it, stagnation.

Just curious anyone live full time on investment and trading?

I find it " impossible to be frank " unless you have ample funds standby.

been a full time investor for 3 years plus riao

u in the forum so long never see me meh LOL

full time traders... most will fail after a few years... its like gambling in the casino, the house always wins
maybe only top 1% can make it and become rich

full time investor, living off dividends/interest is easier route

i feel that if want to buy is this year liao hahaha

valuations just way too cheap

next year, I think probability of another 20% decline is very low

more likely 2016 is flat or go up

I already created GTD queue for OCBC at $8.6x, see can kio by next week or next next week or not.

DBS still not cheap enough. :D

200k is all u need.. at a conservative 5% yield that is $833 per month, enough for a single person if use sparingly. start family of course cannot.

very long story

I quit my bank job 3 years ago to look after my mom as she was having cancer

now already used to the frugal life and following my passion... once u get used to self employed life, really will never want to become worker again unless forced by situation (example go into debt)
