He was saying the the Yen would be the only outlier as compared to all other USD to major currency pairs. You can start watching from 2:50 mins and the part on why the Yen diverges from the other major currencies is from 3:20 mins onwards.... Basically the opposite of what happen when BOJ went negative in their rates, instead of weakening the Yen, the Yen actually strengthen significantly....

Will Yen drop further? Waiting to change to yen
