DOLLAR-YEN: Japanese exporters countered overnight as the pair extended its corrective pullback off traded highs of Y112.25 to Y111.89. The dip attracted fresh demand interest ahead of Europe, reclaimed Y112.00 with gains extending to Y112.10 at typing. A break of the Asia high opens Y112.35/52 (61.8%/76.4% Y112.80-111.63). On the downside support at Y111.91 (61.8% Y111.36-112.80), more techs at Y111.70/63 (76.4% of same level, Intraday low).

In the early afternoon I mentioned ¥111.9X is good price to enter. At this level better not chase.

US economic data results at 9:30pm SGT may help to lift it up furthur. The main event this week will be the US Non Farm Payrolls NOV data on 2/12/16, 9:30pm SGT.

SIMSCI is an index correlative to STI components.

If you want to short Singapore, you can use SIMSCI to short.

Price actions are more similar to equities than forex.
