10 lots = 10,000 units.

You can find at Singapore Exchange Ltd - The Asian Gateway | SGX. As mentioned, its your best friend/gf/sibling/cousins etc whatever.

If sell now and base on your 10 lots and current price, could approximately get $8k plus. Ok what, good money.

Sell and invest in reits or better paying dividend counters.
