i too bought around the same price, just for short term trading, who knows tanked. After that i exited at 1.60 lol

Haha so many horror stories with this stock! This share currently the worse performing one that I'm holding. Learnt my lesson, gambling is not the way to go.

How come stunner? Stunner that they even declared dvd? It was good of them to even distribute abit of the profits since i thought they had originally planned to not pay dvd until they finish clearing their buikding debts.

Downtrend

I've held this stock since 2009.

It has been trending down for the past 2 years since it's peak at $2.

Genting did not reward me with dividends for waiting.

So I don't intend to wait another 2 years to see if it's turning up. I also don't intend to wait another 10 yrs to see if it will go to $4.

I sold off to get back my capital + small profit. The rest leave vested in case some super news comes along and the stock flies up.

Based on MBS results, the earnings this quarter for genting most likely won't be good. Looks like more downside is expected.
