Its from rockstar not steam so there is no region lock. Should be fine

The VPN is just to enable you to access GMG's China portal and buy it at China's pricing. Disconnect VPN after that.

After that, they will send you a code which you then activate in your own Rockstar account like normal.

Don't think there's any region lock at all, similar to those that bought from Brazil.

Don't need to use code already, doesn't work anymore.

Go to the VIP tab, over there it's already discounted, just add from there and check out.
