The rockstar social club can add your friends and create a party for your friends too. Anyway it doesn't use steamworks for matchmaking.

Social club does the matchmaking and anything online.

this is the 3rd time i'm buying GTA5 (i have ps3 and ps4 versions) so i would like to save some money by buying at at $39.

it will not reach this price on steam for at least 1+ years.

I just bought the game but in the code box, it says Pre-order release on 14/4/2015. Does it mean they are out of keys?
