low end yes, but not worth it. after you sell one , don't know how long you need to wait then can sell again

Yes, you can. Not for the high-end super cars though. If it looks v snazzy and nice, most likely you can't sell it at Los Santos Customs or keep it for yourself b'cos it's fitted with a tracker.

You can sell one every 48 minutes (1 full day in game time). Full list of vehicle prices here:

Canis mesa good for offroad meh, slightly bumpy still ok, a bit more uneven like slight drops the car also anyhow bounce and flip also
