Any idea how to grind stats fast?

I got a good lobang to max driving in like 20mins.

1. Host job, SOLO
2. Pick race, Rockstar created
3. Criminal Records, 30+ laps, standard race
4. Choose the bike, and complete the race.

Driving should max out by then
