Can i know how it works? Do you still own the property even if u logged out and login online again? Or need to buy again everytime u play online?

buy property (high end ones) to prep for future heists. it won't disappear after you log out. can store your cars there, take a shower, watch tv.

Your property is permanent. If each time you log out and log in and your apartment is gone, it's a bug. Ignore that. R* is still having issues in their cloud server. Something still wrong.
