Don't make a drop from too high, else gta v will take it as you wanna parachute. There is no special key

does the 0604 apt not work with pacific hiest restarts? got it working on first attempt but any restarts from that moment, says cops are in sight.

Ask your friends to fire at the cops nearby.

Then you (or the owner of apartment) keep staying at the door waiting till the coast is clear.
