Guys, need some help here,

My friend just got her new iPhone 7 plus rose gold. I recommended her the vouni TG from challenger which I bought myself for my iPhone 7 black. Earlier on this thread as well there were recommendations for this brand.

While the vouni sits flawlessly on my black i7, (no bubbles or whatsoever), she keep having that glue residue thingey for her i7 plus on the edge of the glass after pasting it.

Alr complained to the challenger staff but they said its because of the curvy design of the screen and regardless of what brand, the outcome would be the same.

Is that true? Is it because my phone is already black in colour hence it looks like there's no glue residue on mine?

Anyone can recommend other TG brand that does not have this issue?

Don't bother wasting money on it. I personally tried may diff versions, apparently still have the issue, end up I gave up and settled for spigen glass tr as it has the least showing.
I have both 7 and 7 plus. 7 no such issue. Only the plus exhibit this prob. Most likely is the screen curvature on the sides. I probably wasted 60-70 bucks trying many kinds
But the funny thing is my Wife rose gold 7 plus is ok with almost no side lifting.
So I assume it's more of a manufacturing issue

Ya the staff is correct. If you bought the normal 2.5D kind it will always have air gaps all around the edge of the protector which will collect dust. Like you said, you most likely didn't notice the dust on your device due to it being black.

To get full coverage, you need to get either edge to edge 3D glass which extends to the side and covers the curved parts of the front glass, or get those very minimal ones which ends exactly where the LCD part ends.

Take note though that the edge to edge may have some compatibility issues with cases which have a lip in front

i think it is an app bug

try skip forward a song and the volume will be okay

I've tried but same problem .

Also I need to launch the music first before a game , if not the music will completely stop .
