I think Apple can do everything to solve the issue? I duno.

Cant rmb last yr or wat, I rmb the compass got some issue?
In the end software upgrade solve the issue.

Scali this time round also can. LOL

Hardware can solve with software? I really hope so! :)

Yes they technically can.. by throttling the A10 chip :s13:

Anyway got issue with camera? Took pic and video at night got this light dot/pixel..damn Sui!!!

Yes that's normal

Google "lens flare"

Caused by light reflecting off of the sensor and bouncing back to the lens and then back to the sensor

Only normal if you are shooting into light sources....those lights from the lamps got reflected by the phone back and possibly also the cover's camera hole shape/color....

That doesn't look like lens flare. Both pictures have the dot at similar spots.

Yea, I was told that the engineers looking into this issue. Apple is aware. If its software, they will soon release update, otherwise they will inform those with issues that we can get replacement.

it's not in exactly the same position though. It's because the street lights are arranged similarly.
Read this: https://photographylife.com/what-is-ghosting-and-flare

I have sample shots from both iphone 7 and s7 edge too. Can see the blue "ghosting" on the right side.

Does anyone have problems restoring their iPhone account on the new 7? I notice not all the apps are ported over from my old phone.

Both phones side by side but the apps on the new phone is much lesser than the new ones. Using the same icloud accounts. Anyway what is the difference between an iTunes and icloud account.

Samsung style, like what they did with the battery for letting it charge to 60% only. If throttle the A10 chip, sian diao !
I guess that is what they will do. They also do that for the macbooks.

Samsung one is temporary. Exchanged sets wont get the limit. If apple throttle, I doubt they will make it a temporary solution and let affected users change.
