I rmbr when i had this prob, what i did was restart pc, then connect phone to lightning connector before connecting the usb port to pc. Looks out for that pop-up asking to 'trust this computer' if it comes out.

Yes! when i plug in on Macbook i saw the pop-up asking ('trust this computer')

But... on windows is allow and Don't allow

both also cannot connect to iTunes.... Device no found!!

But my computer can see my phone picture @ folder.

latest iTunes update on windows, you need to navigate to device manager to "update" the driver.

Note sure if anyone is still interested in a comparison, but here goes... Note7 seems to have more sharpening going on compared to the S7E, other than that, pretty similar to S7E. Photos more saturated, more contrast. iP7 closer to the actual colour.

Note sure if anyone is still interested in a comparison, but here goes... Note7 seems to have more sharpening going on compared to the S7E, other than that, pretty similar to S7E. Photos more saturated, more contrast. iP7 closer to the actual colour.

TBH from what I see so far both S7/Note7 and iP7 are still ugly - when I view 100% size- in low lights despite the "good" reviews. Most of the time I prefer iP7 colours. In any case both looks good enough when downsized for web viewing/instagram.

Battery being bigger does not affect the charging temperatures but will affect the charging "speed". For example, given that a charger deliver the same power, a 1000mah battery will need 10mah of power to increase 1%. For a 3000mah battery, it will need 30mah to increase 1%.. hence the slower charging speed.

Its normal for the phone to get warm due to charging as current is flowing through the circuit into the battery. The faster the charging rate (aka higher amps when using ipad charger), the hotter the device will get.

Actually photo taken by Samsung phones are normally more rich in Colour while iphone are normally closer to the actual Colour.. I have tried last time on 6s plus and previous note too..

I find the pics on my 7+ too washed out. My note 7 too saturated. Somewhere in the middle would be the best. But in low light, the 7+ definitely lose out to note 7. The 7+ pics have significantly more noise.

Today finally found a nuisance of that #hissgate issue affecting me on normal usage.

Was backing up my iPhone 7 Plus when a phone call reaches me, pick up the call while syncing and throughout the conversations that #hissgate is super annoying.

Should I go down to QCD to do an exchange, or they will ask me to wait for replacement set?

Should have stock to exchange already? Some people have already refunded their iPhones.

Hmm maybe I find time to go down on Monday, QCD or A.Lab better ah? And the problem is, after exchange won't our phone IMEI and serial number diff from the box? Or they exchange with box?

Don't plan to get refund since I will need to buy it again lol

What I mean is since they already have people returning the phone, they will have ready stock to exchange. When the phone just launch, they got no refurbished set to change so must wait.

all try already! and i format my new laptop and reinstall itunes again...

Still the same problem... next now pending to format my Macbook

Can connect to computers (can go into folder)... the only thing is cannot link with iTunes...

my handset already reset dont know how many times... back to factory setting also

third party software... iTools also cannot found my device.

Uninstall itunes. Create new user on pc, install itunes (dont connect idevice yet) then try connecting idevice to pc.

I have same issue with u but after exchange the new set issue still the same but a bit better. I now endure to use until iphone 8 come up. I went four shop eg nubox, m1 shop n etc all have same issue.

They dun do full exchange.

Only change the set. Imei number of the new set will be diff from ur original box.

Yeah I would think they do that also. Now thinking if I should
Option 1: wait for newer batch until they solve the issue
Option 2: refund my iPhone 7 Plus and maybe try luck with new order
Option 3: buy back 6s plus and wait

You managed to exchange ah... So your exchanged set have different IMEI than your box now? Like this will affect resale during iPhone 8? Haha
