just factory reset my iPhone, restore from iTunes. and going to see if the battery drain and warm issues still persist. if not tomorrow I am going to go down service centre and change.

initially secured an appt for the hissing sound, but since most users here claim that there is nothing an exchange can do, gonna let them see if my battery got issue.

it drops like crazy, even when I am just WhatsApp-ing. no other apps in the background. nothing out of the norm usage leh. when i using 6s+ on iOS 10, also never feel so warm the phone, and the drain not as fast. this one is like b/w mrt station 2 mins drop 1%.

I have an appt tml as well for hissing sound. Have decided to just wait out and see what is the real reason or if a fix is coming out. Even if change a new set i would think it will prob be having same issue.

Will change when there is a fix or a later batch of phone can solve it. Still under warranty so def can change i assume

Anyone experiencing bad battery life? Under settings>battery, I played a game called shadow wars for 1 hr and it used 26% battery. I played a game called solitairica and it used 11% after 26mins. It's really terrible.

Gaming sure drain battery faster. How is your battery life without gaming. I can easily get 4hrs of screen on time and still have around 10% left at the end of the day.

Can't say for sure cos I'm definitely gonna be gaming on my iphone. But another thing is the music app 8 min on screen 2 hrs playing in background can drain 19%.

I think you should put side by side take picture compare etc.. Easier to decide ba

anyone got statics noise(no hissing) when recording in a quiet environment?I can hear it when i play on my phone but if i transfer to my computer and play it...the noise gone.

my iphone 7 either has no hissing sound or my hearing no good.
Sticked my ear to the apple logo and nope..

There are two types of hissing just to make it clear. The first one is a hissing caused by the cpu at the back of the appl logo which is perfectly fine. The second type of hissing appears in the playback of a video that we record in a quiet room. The second one definitely stays no matter which device I play the video in.

Back hissing is the one that is irritating

I think currently there is no stock for exchange, given the low inventory but i did read that some due to luck of the draw had sets that are not having very audible hiss..

Should i go try? lol
