I think Apple will do full 1-1 retail box replacement. Not sure about Singtel/ALab/QCD. Anyone with experiences?

Apple will replace it with a refurbished unit not brand new retail unit.

N is for replacement phones, those new ones from retail box comes with M.

Just look at the Model number under Settings > General > About

As mentioned, replacement/refurbished units model starts with N

Anybody having problem with Bluetooth audio? I was watching YouTube using Bluetooth speakers and the audio kept lagging. Without the Bluetooth speakers, the audio is fine.

Tried another pair of Bluetooth earphones and the audio also starts lagging after a while. Got to restart the phone to remove the lag but after 5-10min the same problem comes back.

Yes this is a defect... If you go qcd or a.lab, they will do a test on your phone. Mine got bluetooth down and many many more. Lol. I even reset my whole phone setting and try again. Spend another additional time to set up the phone again. Issue still persist. I guess if you are okay with a replacement set, you can go qcd or a.lab

Bluetooth headset counted? I used it all day without problem. As in I only used it on phone calls while driving, never use it for music.

No, neither any telco nor AASP will change brand new one for one if you need replacement.

The only way to get a brand new set exchanged is if your phone is bought from Apple Store, and you initiate an exchange with their call center within 14 days as you're eligible for the 14days return policy when purchasing through the Apple Store

Audio no problem. Problem I got is the audio lagging behind the video. Out of sync.

One for one exchange. I didnt bring the box with me then bcos i came down during lunchtime. But that was 2 yrs ago. Didnt have to deal with a.labs etc.

But i read up that if box open is 25% charge.... But if u dont open box to test the phone how you know the phone have issue? Oh well. Anyone here did a one to one brand new exchange of phone from Apple? (In the case you order from apple online store)

Yes, my phone also had this issue. Gps issue, thought it was because no wifi. On wifi also the same. Restart phone also the same lol. My friends phone 6s plus no issue. My pokemon character is like out totally not at where i am. Tried everything i can. Even realize one thing now. The camera will lag and hang... And the screen just brighten and darken by itself.
